Here is Summer in all her glory!!!  I colored her with my Spectrum Noir markers and I went with a winter theme.  I just love the way she turned out!!  She is one of my favorite images and hope you like her too.  I used a Cuttlebug folder and chalked the snowflakes in a light blue for the background.  I also added a ribbon buckle and ribbon to her.   Please leave a comment.  I love to read them!!  Thanks for looking.  I am entering her into the current facebook fanpage challenge at SBS stamps.

I would like to enter this into the CASE my tag challenge at SBS Challenges.  We were to CASE a tag using an Simply Betty Stamps image.  I chose to use Ariel Bone image as I just loved her look!!  She is colored in Sepia tones with my Spectrum Noir markers.  I use a couple of different stamps for the background from a couple of different stamp lines which show the eerie eyes and the scary tree.  I also added a piece of Halloween cardstock and some Halloween colored trims for the ribbon.  Hope you like it!!  Thanks for looking..

I chose this Alice in Wonderland image because It has many of the Wonderland elements such as the rabbit and the chesire cat.  I love Alice in Wonderland.  I colored the image with my Spectrum Noir markers and use 2 of my favorite papers which are the buzz along and the happy birthday papers you see as the backgrounds.  I also added a clock embellie to the top left of the image and a melting clock on the bottom left.  I think it added to the fun of Alice.  I used my Martha Stewart Valentine border punch as my border for the outside of my card.  I really hope you like her and leave a comment as I like to hear from you!!!  I am entering this into Alicia Alva's favorite paper challenge.  Thanks for looking!!

Lilliana Fairy Challenge

I had such a fun time thinking out of the "Box" or in this case on the Box!!!  LOL!!  Anyway, here is my entry into the Simply Betty Stamps Lilliana Fairy Challenge.  We were given this image by a wonderful friend of mine, Betty, who is the owner/ operator of SBS.  We were challenged to use the colors Orange, Black, Yellow and White.  I've incorporated these colors into my image as well as the overall project.   This is just the lid of the jewelry box I am making for one of my granddaughters.  The rest will be revealed as time goes on and I've totally finished the sides of the box.  I used a white shimmer sheet behind my image to give her depth and texture and embossed it with a cuttlebug folder.  I colored my image in with my Spectrum Noir markers and I merged my Lilliana image with a MIC image, Cobblestone Path.  I decided that Lilliana was on her rock in shallow water, that is why I chose to color around the stones in blues.  I am very happy with the way this turned out.  I used leaf ribbons in the colors required for the challenge as well and used some Prima Flowers and some roses from Wild Orchid Crafts.  I added some cuts from my Cricut and a wooden butterfly as well as a white wire butterfly on my larger flowers.  I sprayed the smaller orange roses with Goosebumps to give them a little bit of a water shimmer.  I hope you all like it and will leave me some comments.

This is the Elaine image from Simply Betty Stamps for the April challenge.  The challenge was to use the Elaine image and add swirls and ribbon.  I colored my image with Spectrum Noir markers.  I used my cricut to cut the snowflake swirl and the tag with the swirls at the bottom.  I also used stickles to glitter the tag swirls and I used sparkle fibers to add bling and sparkle to the snowflake swirl.  I used ribbon at the bottom of my tag for a border and I also used a gossamer ribbon to make a bow for the tag.  I wanted to make this a Christmas tag so I also added the clipping from a DCWV paper for the Celebrate Together clip. I also used a die to cut out the swirls at the right top.   I added 3 Christmassy ribbons threaded through the top.  I hope you like it and leave comments as they are always appreciated.

Medusa Challenge

I would like to enter the following card into the Simply Betty Stamps March Challenge.   We were supposed to use the Medusa image and 3 colors consisting of Beige, Black and one color of our own choice.  I chose blue which I used on my background.  We couldn't include the color as the hair, although mine does have blue hair.  But, I thought she would look good with blue hair and I wanted to give it a go. I used some nesting dies for the topper she is attached to and a Martha Stewart border punch to make the white behind the image.  I also used Viva Decor pens to make the "pearls" on the black and the blue layers.   I hope you like it.  If you would leave me some comments below, I'd appreciate it.  Thanks for looking.
