Here is my entry for this week's Wonderful Wednesday Challenge at Kraftin Kimmie Stamps. It is called "Under the Weather" and was perfect for the card I made. A friend was crushed between a van and the loading dock by a semi and had both his legs crushed last Friday. I knew this was the perfect image to use for his card. He is doing well and is cheerful and hope that this will cheer him up as well.
Here is my card. Hope you like it!!

Kraftin Kimmie Weekly Wednesday Challenge
Well, I needed a tag for my son's Easter basket and since we are going to Hawaii this summer, I thought I would make a tag and use Leilani for the image. She is perfect for my idea. I colored her with Copic markers and added some Prima Hibiscus flowers to give it a tropical feel. I had loads of fun coloring her. I am so excited about this image. She will be appearing in lots of my scrappages later on! Anyway, if you would like to purchase Leilani as well, you can find her here. While you're there, take a look around, you may find more that you like. You certainly won't be disappointed. Now, for my tag....

Wow!! It's Valentine's Day already. I just can't believe how quickly the days are flying by. Anyway, over at Simply Betty Stamps fanpage, Betty hosted a Valentine's Swap. I was lucky enough to have Tina Ondrus Keller as my swap partner. I feel so spoiled with everything she sent me. I can't wait to set some time aside and play with my new things. Thank you so much Tina, I love everything!! I don't know how you knew, but I especially love Glimmer Mists!!! They are so hard to find out here now. Thank you again!!! Here is what Tina sent to me. See what I mean about being spoiled!!

SBS July Fanpage Challenge
Whoop! Whoop! It's that time again!!! Mermaids have been sighted. This month's challenge images are awesome. First up is Betty Mermaid, Bettina Mermaid, Corinne Mermaid and Sheri Mermaid. I decided I wanted to put them all together as one image and use them on one project as I have got so many pics to scrap still. This was an opportunity to scrap a couple of my granddaughter's swimming pictures. She is coming along wonderfully!! As of yesterday, she is now swimming under water and doesn't even have to hold her nose! She tells me it is really awesome!! I agree with her. She is my pride and joy. Anyway, the challenge is as follows: for Betty Mermaid you must use jewels, Bettina Mermaid is heat embossing , Corinne Mermaid is glitter and for Sheri Mermaid you must use twine or ribbon. The challenge and all of the details are here: http://simplybettystamps.blogspot.com/p/march-fan-page-challenge.html
Go have a look and join in the fun!!
Here are pics of my project. I used heat embossing on the pearl behind the image of the mermaids, which is also embossed with the cuttlebug folder tiny bubbles. There is glitter on the words Just Add Water (very appropriate where my granddaughter and her love of water is concerned!) and on the plants, the starfish and the large clam. Betty is wearing a pearl necklace and I also added a string of pearls and there is also a pearl in the large clam. The picture matting has twine on both of them. I used Spectrum Noir markers to color the images.
Here is the blog list so get hopping!!

Easter Challenge
Gerda Steiner Designs is hosting another challenge here at http://gerdasteinerdesigns.com/challenge2/
Come on over and join in on the fun!! This little chick in his egg was so cute to color. I decided I was going to do tags to add to all of the Easter Baskets I am doing this year. I colored him up with my Spectrum Noir Markers and used some Spellbinders/ Xyron dies for the tag portion. I added some flowers from Wild Orchid Flowers and some leaves. I also ran across the top a small portion of ribbon. Added to the left is some Candy dots I received in a swap. I think it turned out pretty cute myself.
